If you could go back in time as the adult you are now to visit the small child you were, what would you say to that small child?

Would you tell that small child to believe in himself or herself?  Would you tell that small image of yourself to be aware of things to come?

If I could travel back in time I would love to be able to tell my small former self to be confident, be brave, not to worry what others think and to be happy.

To be perfectly honest, I have no regrets;  however, it would be nice to be able to go back and say these things, now that I know!
