Is this the time to be so moody

With Christmas oh so near

Let’s kick that solemn look right in the booty

Smile and feel the cheer

Some people say at Christmas time

So many feel depressed

It’s such a waste, oh such a crime

Come, let us look for the best

There has to be a loving heart

A silver lining in the sorrow

Shed your tear then dry your eyes

Look forward to tomorrow

You have so many near and far

Who share your lonely thoughts

So difficult this time of year

Sad people there are lots

What can we do to cheer ourselves

Things could be worse we know

May Christmas bring you some small joy
